What You'll Do:
- Partner with managers and employees to provide HR guidance on policies, employee relations, and performance management.
- Maintain accurate and compliant employee records, including personnel files, leave administration, and training documentation.
- Lead the onboarding experience for new hires, ensuring a seamless and welcoming transition.
- Manage compliance with employment laws and company policies across multiple locations.
- Assist in workplace investigations, conflict resolution, and employee relations matters.
- Support HR operations, including benefits administration, payroll coordination, and HRIS data accuracy.
- Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, training, and professional development.
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of HR experience with a strong foundation in employee relations, compliance, and HR best practices.
- Knowledge of federal and multi-state employment laws (experience in a multi-location environment is a plus!).
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills-you're a go-to person for employees and leadership.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex HR challenges.
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office (experience with Workday is a plus!).
- Passion for fostering a positive, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture.
